On this page you can configure and populate KPIs that you can use elsewhere in Reporting.

Creating a new KPI

Use the “Create new KPI” button to create a new KPI. Update the name by clicking on the text field. Configure it’s type by the dropdown: set either to Currency, Number or Percentage. You can reposition or delete the KPI by the arrow and garbage bin icon that appear next to the dropdown.

Populating a KPI

Start populating cells by either manually entering the values or copying row-by-row from a spreadsheet using ctrl+c and ctrl+v. We only allow positive numbers at the moment. Currency and Percentage can have two decimals.

Formulas

When clicking on a cell, it is possible to fill in a formula in the Fx-field. Start typing the class (mapping from PL/BS/CFS or other KPI) that you want to reference. The field will auto populate. Select the class you want to use. Use the blue dropdown to filter on entity. When using symbols for arithmetic (+, - , *, /) do not forget to press “Enter”. Finally, press “Enter” when the formula is ready.

Formulas will apply to the full row. Be aware, other values might be overwritten.

Selecting another timeframe

Use the calendar icon top right to limit the display to a certain months, quarters or year. Select the timeframe you would like to see by first selecting the start period and then the end period*.***
