Within the Structure menu, there will always be a structure available for the Total group. If you want to add a structure, click on the **Add structure-**button and you can create a new structure.
With Finstack’s Multiple Structures feature, you can create and manage different formats for your financial statements, tailored to meet diverse business needs. Use it to:

Getting started with Multiple Structures:
Step 1: Access the Structure Page
Navigate to Setup > Structure from the left-hand menu.
You’ll see a list of your current structures, starting with the Default structure:
Step 2: Add a New Structure
Click the “+ Add Structure” button in the top-right corner.
Name your structure (e.g., “Annual Report” or “Business Unit X”).
Assign specific entities to the structure.(e.g., subsets for specific business units).
Ensure GLAs (General Ledger Accounts) are mapped to this structure via Setup > Mapping (see [Mapping Help Page] for guidance)
Step 3: Organize your structure:
Use a predefined Template Structure or build one from scratch.
Navigate to the desired financial statement tab (e.g., Balance Sheet or PL) and click Add Class to create categories (e.g., “Revenue”).
Add child classes under each category for more granularity.
Step 4: Use and Switch Between Structures in Reporting
Go to Reporting in the left-hand menu.
Select the structure you want to analyze (e.g., “Annual Report”).
Note: If only one structure exists, the selector will not appear.
